Brochure

Again I decided to stick to the simple look of a brochure. There is not much to say when it comes to getting your hair done. You know what you want. So the brochure is just basically telling the consumer what Hair in Motion can do. Also how to contact them and set up an appointment so that Hair in Motion can come to your house. I kept the same color theme in the brochure only using white, orange, and some black. Also I decided to make the brochure a square so it did not look like the typical brochure. It hopefully will catch someone's eye. Overall the brochure goes really well with the letterhead and business card.

Letterhead - Hair in Motion

I decided to use my original logo design and put it in one of the corners. Then I wanted to add the contact information so if anyone received a letter they would know how to get in contact with the company. Instead of just leaving the letterhead boring I wanted to spice it up by adding some color and swirls to represent the idea of flowing hair. There is still a lot of space to actually write a letter, but with this design it allows a distinct appearance to be remembered by the costumer.

Final Business Card Logo

This is my final logo design. I decided that I would use the simpler one of all my designs because I believe that it is the most unique and eye catching. I believe it is unique because it vertical while a lot of people choose to do horizontal. I took the advice and added in the catch phrase as well as fixing the size of the font for the business card. For the front of the card I used the flowing hair of my original logo. As for the back of the business card, the font used for the company's name, Hair in Motion, is Santa Fe. While the email, phone number, website, and catch phrase are done in papyrus. The font is white to off set the glowing orange. Orange was picked because it was the color of the hair in the original logo. Also using a vibrate color grabs anyone's attention. That was my reasoning for picking this business card logo.

Business Card Ideas

So for my business card I wanted to keep the idea of my original logo. So I used the whole thing, to just the hair, to just the silhouette. Also by keeping the logo I wanted to use those colors mostly, even though some have different colors. I wanted to mix things up. Also I liked the idea of changing which direction the business cards went from horizontal to vertical. All the cards include the name either front and back and a telephone number and an email. Basically I wanted to keep the design simple and not to crowd up the card. Simplest is the way I like. Overall I like all the designs I came up with.
